Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance and the Federal Customs Service within the number of workers of the specified federal executive bodies and budgetary appropriations provided to the specified federal executive bodies in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
3. This resolution becomes effective since June 29, 2021.
