Article 1. To state article 294 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021 in the following edition:
"Article 294. Submission of false data on real beneficiaries or concealment of the data which are subject to representation
1. Representation by person who provided to the competent state body performing state registration of legal entities, the declaration on real beneficiaries, false data in declarations or concealment of the data which are subject to representation:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of no more tenfold size, or deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than three years, either restriction of freedom no more than one year, or short-term imprisonment no more than two months.
2. Representation by the member of the legal entity or the real beneficiary of false data on the real beneficiary to person specified regarding 1 this Article, or concealment of the data which are subject to representation, or evasion from reply to the request, provided by person specified regarding 1 this Article to the time provided by the law:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of no more tenfold size, or deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than three years, either restriction of freedom no more than one year, or short-term imprisonment no more than two months.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2022.
