About approval of types of goods to which the incomplete customs declaring and periodic customs declaring provided by the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union are not applied

According to article 102.1 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed types of goods to which the incomplete customs declaring and periodic customs declaring provided by the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union are not applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
