1. This Provision establishes procedure of federal state energy supervision (further - the state supervision), except for the state supervision exercised on the objects subordinated to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Directorial Board for the Special Programs of the President of the Russian Federation.

2. The state supervision is exercised by Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision and its territorial authorities (further - state supervision body).
