WE ORDER:

1. Bring in the joint order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of October 31, 2018 No. 252 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 31, 2018 No. 45 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets behind compliance with law in the field of public service by state bodies and behind observance of regulations of office ethics by government employees" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17654) the following changes:

in appendix 1 to the specified joint order:

"1. These Criteria for evaluation of risk degree behind compliance with law in the field of public service by state bodies and behind respect for office ethics by government employees (further – Criteria) are accepted according to the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the Law), the Ethical code of government employees of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Rules of office ethics of government employees) approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 153 (further – the Ethical code), and also Rules of forming by state bodies of system of risks assessment and form of checking sheets, approved by the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2018 No. 3 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17371) for selection by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service (further – the Agency) and its territorial subdivisions of state bodies for the purpose of conducting checks and preventive control with visit of the subject of control.";

By state bodies and behind observance of regulations of office ethics by government employees to be reworded as follows subjective criteria for evaluation of risk degree behind compliance with law in the field of public service according to appendix 1 to this order;

to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to the specified joint order according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to inspection department in the field of public service of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service supervising questions of control in the field of public service.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
