1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure and conditions of provision of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on project, construction repair work, acquisition of housing and rooms for development of the family and other forms of education which are brought closer to family, support of small group houses and provision of housing for orphan children, the children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number;

Procedure for support of small group houses;

Payment procedure of monetary compensation for premises, proper to obtaining, for the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number.

2. Recommend to public authorities and local government bodies to be guided during creation and the organization of activities of the regional and local commissions by Procedure and conditions of provision of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on project, construction repair work, acquisition of housing and rooms for development of the family and other forms of education which are brought closer to family, support of small group houses and provision of housing for orphan children, the children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number, approved by this resolution.
