About application of trigger protective measure concerning separate types of women's clothing and clothes for girls and the separate types of the knitted products coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. Apply trigger protective measure to the following goods coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union using tariff preferences according to the Agreement:

the separate types of women's clothing and clothes for girls classified by codes 6104 41 000 0, 6104 42 000 0, 6104 43 000 0, 6104 44 000 0, 6104 49 000 0, 6204 41 000 0, 6204 42 000 0, 6204 43 000 0, 6204 44 000 0, 6204 49 100 0 and 6204 49 900 0 CN FEA EEU;

the separate types of knitted products classified in goods item of 6110 CN FEA EEU.

Establish effective period of trigger protective measure of 6 months.

2. Determine that trigger protective measure is applied in the form of import customs duty which type and the size correspond to type and the size of rate of the import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union applied concerning the goods specified in Item 1 of this Decision for date of the introduction of this Decision in force.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
