About prolongation of action of anti-dumping measure concerning the truck tires coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and recognition No. 143 which voided Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 13, 2020

According to Item 109 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission prepared by results of the repeated investigation made in connection with expiration of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 17, 2015 No. 154, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Extend till June 28, 2026 inclusive action of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 17, 2015 No. 154, concerning the truck tires imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union coming from People's Republic of China.

2. To the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs:

provide collection of anti-dumping duty in the sizes provided by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 17, 2015 No. 154;

provide implementation of offsetting of the amounts of the anti-dumping duty paid (collected) according to Decision Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 13, 2020 No. 143 according to the procedure established for collection of preliminary anti-dumping duties to anti-dumping duty and transfer into the single account of authorized body of that state member of the Eurasian Economic Union in which it was paid it (is collected).

3. Declare invalid the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 13, 2020 No. 143 "About prolongation of action of anti-dumping measure concerning the truck tires coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union".

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
