The decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 2, 2016 No. 56 "About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 288".
2.1. The recommendation of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 24, 2017 No. 9 "About electronic interaction in case of representation of electronic type of the customs receipt order" is not subject to application from the effective date of this Decision.
3. This Decision becomes effective since April 1, 2022.
