1. Approve the enclosed Order of interaction of public authorities and (or) organizations of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and Eurasian economic commission in case of implementation of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Order of interaction of public authorities and (or) organizations of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and Eurasian economic commission in case of implementation of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019

1. This Procedure regulates single questions of interaction of public authorities and (or) organizations of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) and the Eurasian economic commission (further - the Commission) in case of implementation of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019 (further - the Agreement).

2. For control of execution of the Agreement the Commission has the right to request from public authorities and the organizations of the state members determined according to Item 1 of article 13 of the Agreement, information on implementation of the Agreement.

The specified bodies and the organizations of state members within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of request send required information to the address of the Commission.

3. By the legislation of state members informing person specified in the subitem 4 of Item 3 of article 8 of the Agreement on receipt can be provided in national system of traceability of data on goods concerning which to it the right to own, use and dispose is transferred.

4. Interaction of public authorities and (or) organizations of the state members determined according to Item 1 of article 13 of the Agreement in case of exchange of data is performed taking into account the following features:

a) the data specified in Item 3 of article 8 of the Agreement go in electronic form in the form of the separate electronic message concerning each accompanying document;

b) exchange of data between authorized bodies of state members, stipulated in Article 8 Agreements, is performed in Russian. If in the documents listed in Item 1 of article 5 of the Agreement writing of names of foreign persons, goods, vehicles, country codes, etc. meets use of letters of the Latin alphabet, then the directed data can contain letters of the Latin alphabet;

c) in case of change of directed data the authorized body of state member from which territory the goods which are subject to traceability move sends the changed data to national systems of traceability of state members of receivers of data.

Change of directed data is performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation of state members. Directed data can be changed by adjustment of earlier directed data by means of the direction of the corrected data without cancellation earlier directed or by correction of earlier directed data by means of the direction of the corrected data and cancellation of earlier directed.
