About establishment of quota for labor migration on industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2006
According to article 28 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish quota for the labor migration determining limiting number of the foreign citizens and stateless persons (number 5953 persons) arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of implementation of labor activity by industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2006 according to appendix.
2. Provide to the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment the right to redistribution of quota between industries of economy and regions within the approved quota on the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Direct this Resolution to approval in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Appoint the chairman of the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment the official representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to consideration of this Resolution by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
