According to appendix to consider the tax shortages of taxpayers on taxes, penalties and percent on them formed till January 1, 2015 and unpaid till October 1, 2020 and accrued fines and percent for untimely payment of these taxes until write-off according to provisions of the Tax code of the Republic of Tajikistan and Procedure for write-off of bad debts on the taxes, penalties and percent approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014 No. 155, in the amount of 11 359 337 (eleven million three hundred fifty nine thousand three hundred thirty seven) somoni (including taxes of 5 543 312 somoni and penalties and percent of 5 816 025 somoni) hopeless and to write off.

2. To tax authorities in place of registration of taxpayers and the organizations which tax shortages are written off according to Item 1 of this resolution to make corresponding changes on write-off of bad debts in personal accounts of the taxpayer.
