1. Make to the section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather first-priority measures for reform of bodies of prosecutor's office" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019 No. 42, Art. 238; 2021, No. 5, Art. 38) following changes:

In paragraph four of Item 2 of the word and figures of "part two Items 3 and 5 of Article 67" to exclude 1), and the word and figures "Articles 73 - 76" shall be replaced with words also in figures "parts one and the second Article 73, of parts three, the fourth, sixth and seventh Article 74, Article parts one 75, of Article 76";

"7. Regulations on passing of the certification provided by this Section extend to prosecutors and investigators of bodies of prosecutor's office who:

1) on the date of entry into force of this Law hold positions in the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, regional prosecutor's offices, local prosecutor's offices, military prosecutor's offices;

2) on the date of entry into force of this Law held positions in the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, regional prosecutor's offices, local prosecutor's offices, military prosecutor's offices, but on reasonable excuses to which temporary disability, child care leave, business trips for participation in work of other bodies on permanent basis and so forth belong, did not undergo certification;
