About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize republican public institution "Department of state revenues across Almaty region of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by accession to it of republican public institution "Dostyk Customs of Department of state revenues across Almaty region of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. Create the following republican public institutions:

1) "Management of treasury on the area Sauran Departamenta of treasury on the Turkestan region of Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) "Management of state revenues on the region Sauran Departamenta of state revenues on the Turkestan region of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. Determine that financing of the republican public institutions specified in Item 2 of this resolution is performed for the account and within the means provided to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican budget for 2021 - 2023.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendments:

add with Item 173-1 of the following content:
