According to Item 19-2 of article 26 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) of PRIKAZYVAYEM:

1. Approve:

1) Rules and term of representation by authorized body on work of information about the physical persons who are the unemployed, the issued permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity according to appendix 1 to this joint order;

2) form of information about the physical persons who are the unemployed according to appendix 2 to this joint order;

3) form of data on the issued permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity according to appendix 3 to this joint order.

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This joint order becomes effective from the date of signing its the last of heads of state body.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules and term of representation by authorized state body on work of information about the physical persons who are the unemployed, the issued permissions to attraction of foreign labor power (further - Rules) are developed for implementation of labor activity according to Item 19-2 of article 26 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) and determine procedure and term of representation by authorized state body by work (further - Authorized body) the information about the physical persons who are the unemployed, the issued permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity (further - Data).

Chapter 2. Procedure and term of representation by authorized state body on work of information about the physical persons who are the unemployed, the issued permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity

Data are represented by Authorized body daily in process of changes of data from the information system "Labor market" of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the information system "The Integrated Database" of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the automated procedure in the form approved according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. Data are represented by Authorized body daily in process of changes of data from the automated information system "Foreign Labor Power" of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan by means of lock of "the electronic government" of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the information system "The Integrated Database" of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the automated procedure in the form approved according to appendix 3 to this order.

4. The committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides confidentiality of information obtained within these rules.
