About prolongation of effective period of documents

For the purpose of decrease in administrative loading on legal entities and physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs (further - interested persons), in the period of implementation of actions on prevention of COVID-19:

1. Determine that:

effective period of the references and other documents issued to interested persons including when implementing ministerial procedures, is once prolonged for six months if effective period of such references and other documents expired (expires) from November 10, 2020 to March 26, 2022;

issue of references and other documents according to the applications of interested persons submitted to state bodies and other organizations before entry into force of this Decree is performed according to the procedure, acting before entry into force of this Decree.

2. Authorize Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on determination of the list of the references and other documents specified in the paragraph the second Item 1 of this Decree.

3. Operation of this Decree does not extend to cases when action of the references and other documents issued to interested persons is stopped (references and documents are cancelled) state bodies and other organizations before entry into force of this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since November 10, 2020.
