About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 3) in Article 128 of the word "and content of infrastructure of local value" ", content of infrastructure of local value and implementation of actions of purpose according to programs of social and economic development of the territories";
Shall be replaced with words 4) in Article 129 of the word "and content of infrastructure of local value" ", content of infrastructure of local value and implementation of actions of purpose according to programs of social and economic development of the territories";
5) in Article 130:
a) regarding 2 words "and contents of infrastructure of local value" shall be replaced with words ", contents of infrastructure of local value and implementation of actions of purpose according to programs of social and economic development of the territories";
b) state part 6 in the following edition:
"6. The funds aimed at the development, content of infrastructure of local value and implementation of actions of purpose according to programs of social and economic development of the territories and also for implementation of investment projects, are not used on other purposes.".
