a) to add line item with code 6002 40 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "94C";
b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 94C of the following content:
"<94C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 23, 2021 No. 40 till 30.04.2024 inclusive.".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
