According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection", to the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Minimum requirements concerning safety and health of workers at work in storage time, packagings of nitrate of ammonium and its use for production of complex and liquid mineral fertilizers which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision of September 1, 2009 No. 142 "About approval of Industrial safety rules in case of conversion and storage of ammonium nitrate in bulk", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 23, 2009 for No. 896/16912.
3. To provide to management of market development of work and payment terms of work submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
