In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 24, 2006 NUP-3780 "About Privatization of the Parcels of Land Occupied with Buildings and Constructions of Legal Entities and Citizens" and for the purpose of implementation of necessary organization-legal measures for ensuring privatization of the parcels of land occupied with buildings, constructions and individual apartment houses, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, cities and areas together with Goskomzemgeodezkadastr till December 1, 2006 to perform inventory count:

the parcels of land provided in ownership, use and lease with determination of purpose of their use according to requirements of the land legislation;

land in the settlements and also adjoining to them the territories regarding forming of land fund of individual housing construction, including at the expense of the free and inefficiently used land of the companies, the organizations and organizations.

Following the results of inventory count, together with Gosarkhitektstroy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make adjustment of master plans, schemes of engineering infrastructure of settlements taking into account placement of massifs of individual housing construction.

In case of identification of violations of the land legislation by land owners and land users to withdraw the parcels of land in the cases and procedure established by the legislation with the subsequent provision to their persons who showed willingness to use these sites for the organization of productive activity.

2. To the Ministry of Economics together with the Ministry of Finance, Goskomzemgeodezkadastr and Gosarkhitektstroy of the Republic of Uzbekistan till December 1, 2006 to determine economic zonality of land fund.

3. Determine that in cases of transition of the parcels of land, in accordance with the established procedure, as ensuring pledge to banks and other credit institutes, they shall expose these parcels of land on realization no later than six months from the moment of transition of the property right to them.

4. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics, the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan till October 1, 2006 to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the taxation of the privatized parcels of land, and also on the amount of the rent for the parcels of land leased.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
