1. Approve:

Regulations on licensing of activities for implementation of city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers and loads road transport according to appendix No. 1;

the amount of the state taxes for issue of licenses for the right of implementation of activities for city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers and loads road transport according to appendix No. 2.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Hanov N. M.

Regulations on licensing of activities for implementation of city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers and loads road transport

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for licensing of activities for implementation of city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers and loads road transport.

2. The activities for implementation of city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers and loads road transport performed on commercial basis are subject to licensing.

Activities for implementation of city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages of passengers road transport on commercial basis are performed by exclusively legal entities.

Receipt of the license is not required on implementation of the transportations connected with natural disaster response, epidemics, major accidents threatening life and health of the population and requiring rescue and recovery work, delivery of the humanitarian aid according to decisions of the Government, the goods delivery implemented by means of electronic commerce, the seller and the supplier on the road transport belonging to them on the property right, lease or other right to use, in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except as specified, established by the legislation, and also to the companies and organizations provided in article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity"
