About some questions of the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.11.2025 No. 713

2. Enter to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the special account of the State communication agency under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 25, 2015 No. 314 the following changes:

"The state committee of information technologies and communication" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word "The ministry of digital development";

2) in Regulations on the special account of the State communication agency under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution:

- in the name and Item 1 of the word "The state committee of information technologies and communication" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of digital development";

- to declare paragraph two of Item 3 invalid;

- in item 4:

declare paragraph two invalid;

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
