The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to part one of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" to perform distribution of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Finance in the general fund of the government budget according to the KPKVK 3511380 program "The measures connected with fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its consequences" by transfer of social policy to the Ministry regarding budget settings in the amount of 400000 thousand hryvnias on the KPKVK 2501330 program "Payment to insured persons of material security for insurance in connection with temporary disability by Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine" (consumption expenses) for payment by Social Insurance Fund to insured persons of material security for insurance in connection with temporary disability.

2. Determine that use of the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution of means of the government budget for payment to insured persons of material security for insurance in connection with temporary disability is performed according to the Procedure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2021 No. 88 "Some questions of payment to insured persons of material security for insurance in connection with temporary disability" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 13, by the Art. 550).

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 02.12.2022 No. 1350

4. Provide:

To the ministry of social policy - coordination of transfer of part of budget settings, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, with Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

To the Ministry of Finance - after the specified coordination modification of list of the government budget.
