Based on Item 12 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of service in the customs authorities, subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, of part three of Item 5 of Regulations of Admission of the faces for receipt of general higher and vocational higher education approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 2022 No. 23, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out professional psychological selection it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 5, 2021.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for carrying out professional psychological selection (further if other is not established, - psychological selection) for:
the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who reached 18-year age, knowing state languages of the Republic of Belarus capable on the personal, moral and business qualities, the state of health, the education level to perform the functions assigned to customs authorities, and also to meeting other requirements established by the legislation on the public civil service and Regulations on procedure and conditions of service in the customs authorities for the first time accepted on the public civil service (further - the candidates for the first time employed);
