About some questions of the Center of the transfer of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reduction of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.08.2022 No. 434

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of the Center of the transfer of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 9, 2021 No. 138 the following changes:

- state Item 5 in the following edition:
