Based on Item 11 of article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 1995 No. 3848-XII "About ensuring unity of measurements" and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981, the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Rules of implementation of metrological assessment in work type on certification of techniques (methods) of measurements (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Rules of implementation of metrological assessment in work type on certification of techniques (methods) of measurements

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules establish requirements to procedure for the organization and carrying out certification of techniques (methods) the measurements intended for application in case of the measurements in the sphere of legislative metrology (further, unless otherwise specified, - techniques (methods) of measurements) including accepted as primary reference techniques (methods) of measurements and reference techniques (methods) of measurements, and also the requirement to conducting theoretical and pilot studies of techniques (methods) of measurements.

2. These rules do not extend to techniques (methods) of measurements established by the international, interstate or other regional standards, and also state standards of the Republic of Belarus.

3. In case of need recognitions of results of metrological certification of technique (method) of measurements and certification of the technique (method) of measurements accepted as reference technique (method) of measurements, state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the Rules of mutual recognition of results of works on ensuring unity of measurements approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 18, 2016 No. 145, the authorized legal entity carry out certification according to the Procedure for metrological certification of technique (method) for measurements approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2016 No. 21.

4. For the purposes of these rules terms and their determinations in the values determined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About ensuring unity of measurements" are used.

5. Certification of techniques (methods) of measurements is carried out in the relation:
