About increase in the sizes of pensions of separate categories of pensioners which are granted and paid disability pensions

For the purpose of improvement of financial position and increase in level of social security of disabled people, according to Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan I decide:

1. Since September 1, 2021:

- increase pensions to disabled people since the childhood which grants insurance, retirement and social pensions on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions" and "About provision of pensions of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan" (without allowances), in the amount of 20 percent from the established size of basic pension;

- increase pensions to children up to 18 years which are granted social pension on disability on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions" (without allowances), in the amount of 20 percent from the established size of basic pension;

- increase pensions to disabled people of the I group which are granted pensions on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions" (without allowances), in the amount of 50 percent from the established size of basic pension.

2. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- provide implementation of this decree in 2021 at the expense of the means provided in the budget of social insurance and pensions;

- in a month to bring the acts into accord with this decree.
