1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out currency exchange transactions it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 9, 2021.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for carrying out currency exchange transactions, including with use of payment instruments, physical persons, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, banks of the Republic of Belarus (further – banks) in the domestic foreign exchange market, procedure for establishment of the exchange rates and the organization of work of exchange points, cash desks, terminals of automatic currency exchange, ATMs, self-service terminals when carrying out such transactions.
For the purposes of this Instruction payment instruments are understood as bank payment cards (further – card), the payment software applications, payment mobile applications, payment instruments in the form of the software providing access to electronic money.
Action of this Instruction does not extend on:
procedure for carrying out currency exchange transactions when implementing money transfers if such transactions are provided in money transfer systems;
procedure for carrying out the currency exchange transactions performed in case of money recovery in indisputable procedure.
2. Terms "banks of the Republic of Belarus", "currency exchange transactions", "the domestic foreign exchange market", "foreign currency", "foreign banks" are used in the values determined respectively in subitems 1. 1, 1.2, 1.6, 1.8, 1.9 of Item 1 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About currency control and currency exchange control".
The term "document in electronic form" is used in the value determined by the paragraph the tenth parts one of Item 2 of the Instruction on use of program and (or) technical means, carrying out remote identification, remote updating (updating) of data approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2019 No. 379.
The term "electronic document" is used in the value determined by the paragraph the sixteenth article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2009 No. 113-Z "About the electronic document and the digital signature".
