- to the widows of the died soldiers who did not enter repeated scrap - in the amount of 400 som;

- to persons awarded with awards and medals of the USSR for dedicated work and faultless military service in the back in days of the Great Patriotic War - in the amount of 400 som;

- to persons from among minor prisoners of concentration camps, ghetto and other places of detention - in the amount of 800 som;

- to persons working at the companies, in organizations and the organizations of the city of Leningrad during blockade from September 8, 1941 to January 27, 1944 and awarded with the medal "For Defense of Leningrad", and to persons awarded with sign to "The resident of besieged Leningrad" - in the amount of 800 som;

- to the citizens who underwent in days of the Great Patriotic War of illegal violent mobilization in working columns (trudarmiya) and subsequently rehabilitated - in the amount of 400 som.

2. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- provide financing in necessary amount within the estimate approved to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2006.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
