1. Approve the enclosed Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic, sanitary and preventive actions for viral hepatitises and HIV infection".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 05.10.2022 No. KR DSM-111

3. To provide to committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic, sanitary and preventive actions for viral hepatitises and HIV infection"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic, sanitary and preventive actions for viral hepatitises and HIV infection" (further – Health regulations) are developed according to subitem 132-1) of Item 16 of Article 144 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2017 No. 71 "About some questions of the Ministries of Health and national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and establish requirements to the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic, sanitary and preventive actions for viral hepatitises and HIV infection.

2. In these Health regulations the following terms and determinations are applied:

1) HIV infection – the chronic infectious disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus, which is characterized by specific defeat of immune system and leading to its slow destruction before forming of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome;
