Determine that import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Republic of Belarus * ready skin from skins of cattle, procurements of top of footwear from skin and 6406 90 300 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union fixed on the main insole **, classified by codes 4107, 6406 10 100 0,, in case of their room under customs procedures of release for internal consumption (except for rooms under customs procedure of release for internal consumption for the purpose of completion of action of customs procedure of free customs zone), conversions on customs area and the territory of free customs zone is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in coordination with the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry according to the procedure similar the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union).
