About the organization of lawyer activities
(In edition of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of 16.05.2023 No. 138 (effective date 20.11.2023), 22.06.2023 No. 178, 06.06.2025 No. 227)
For the purpose of improvement of quality and availability of legal aid, and also further enhancement of the organization of lawyer activities, creation of equal conditions of its implementation I decide:
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
2. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
paragraphs of the seventh and eighth of Item 6 of appendix - in five months after official publication of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree - in six months after its official publication.

1. In the Single legal qualifier of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 1999 No. 1:
