2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of issue, refusal in issue, cancellations of the certificate on appointment of body for determination of the technical acceptability (further - the certificate on appointment), expansions of the sphere of appointment.
2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" and the Law of Ukraine "About provision of construction products in the market" (further - the Law).
