According to part of the sixteenth article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of construction products in the market" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for issue, refusal in issue, cancellations of the certificate on appointment of body for determination of the technical acceptability, expansion of the sphere of appointment which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Procedure for issue, refusal in issue, cancellations of the certificate on appointment of body for determination of the technical acceptability, expansion of the sphere of appointment

General part

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of issue, refusal in issue, cancellations of the certificate on appointment of body for determination of the technical acceptability (further - the certificate on appointment), expansions of the sphere of appointment.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" and the Law of Ukraine "About provision of construction products in the market" (further - the Law).

3. The documents necessary for receipt of the certificate on appointment, expansions of the sphere of appointment, cancellation of the certificate on appointment, respectively the applicant applying for appointment as body for determination of the technical acceptability (further - the applicant for appointment), the body for determination of the technical acceptability which applies for expansion of the sphere of appointment or which wishes to cancel the certificate on appointment gives Ministry of Economics in paper form personally or through person authorized by it through subscriber mailbox of Ministry of Economics (Ulitsa M. Grushevskogo, 12/2, of g Kiev, 01008) or directs by mail or electronically through the corresponding information and communication systems with imposing of the qualified digital signature of the head of the applicant for appointment.

If documents are submitted electronically to time off prior to the beginning of the working day, day of submission of the specified documents the next working day after its beginning is considered and if documents are filed to output, festive, other non-working day or to time off after the termination of the working day, the first working day following behind such day is considered day of submission of the specified documents.
