About release into the stream of commerce of government securities of the Republic of Tajikistan
According to article 75 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state and guaranteed by the state borrowing and debt", for the purpose of settlement of public debt of the Republic of Tajikistan by means of release and free circulation of government securities in the domestic market, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- perform release of government securities in the form of bills of exchange for the amount of 1 000 000 000 (one billion) somoni of 10 (ten) years with rate in 2 (two) annual interest rates according to appendix;
- based on the relevant agreements to determine the relations management mechanism with holders of the government securities specified in the first paragraph of Item 1 of this resolution;
- in interaction with National Bank of Tajikistan to perform the necessary transactions connected with execution of this resolution according to the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Provide this resolution to Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan for receipt of consent in attraction of public debt.
