 For the purpose of acceptance of organizational measures in connection with reform of executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2021 No. 4357-VI, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Form Public institution "Center for development of halalas industries" under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the State agency on management of budget credits under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the scheme of management of the State agency on management of budget credits under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;

3) Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.12.2021 No. 300

3. Determine that:

1) the number of staff of staff of Public institution "Center for development of halalas industries" under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic makes 11 established posts and 2 established posts of technical and junior service personnel;

2) Public institution "Center for development of halalas industries" under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic till June 1, 2024 is financed from the republican budget and by other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and since June 1, 2024 - passes to self-financing.

4. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution;

2) in case of project development of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021 and the forecast for 2022-2023" in accordance with the established procedure to provide funds for content of Public institution "Center for development of halalas industries" under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and Institute of researches of economic policy under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
