About support of export and insurance

In pursuance of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 4, 2021 No. 39 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and based on part two of Item 177 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. The regulations on procedure for provision by "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company of export loans (are applied);

1.2. The regulations on procedure and the amount of compensation of losses to "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company from provision of export loans, implementation of post-financing and discounting of letters of credit, implementation of financing under concession of monetary claim (factoring) in case of implementation of export contracts (are applied).

2. Establish:

2.1. the inventory on which production and acquisition according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 534 "About assistance to commodity export development (works, services)" is granted export loans post-financing and discounting of letters of credit, according to appendix 1 are performed;

2.2. forms of data:

about the amounts of the added interest for using export loans, insurance contracts of export risks, insurance contracts of export risks with support of the state according to appendix 2;

about the amounts of the added remuneration under agreements of factoring, insurance contracts of export risks, insurance contracts of export risks with support of the state according to appendix 3.

Determine that post-financing, discounting of letters of credit, financing under concession of monetary claim (factoring) in case of implementation of export contracts are performed by "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company according to the procedure, similar established in Regulations on the procedure for provision by "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company of export loans approved by this resolution.

4. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1462 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530" the following changes:

in Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure and the directions of use of means of funds of precautionary (preventive) actions for types of the voluntary insurance approved by this resolution:
