About reorganization of some state companies in the field of geology and subsurface use
For the purpose of optimization of activities of the state companies in the field of geology and subsurface use, according to Articles 92, of 93, 94 Civil codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Reorganize the state company "North Kyrgyz Geological Expedition" under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession of the following state companies to it under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- "The Kyrgyz methodical expedition of geological economic researches";
- "Southern Kyrgyz awards of the Labour Red Banner geological expedition";
- "The Kyrgyz complex hydrogeological expedition";
- "The Kyrgyz geophysical expedition";
- "The Bishkek experienced and experimental plant of the exploration equipment".
2. Rename the state company "North Kyrgyz Geological Expedition" under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic into the state company "Kyrgyzgeologiya" under the State agency of geology and subsurface use under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
