1. Resolve use of strip of the frequencies of 450 MHz for services of mobile telephony in the CDMA standard.

2. Establish payment for licensing for provision of services of mobile telephony in the CDMA standard, strip of the frequencies of 450 MHz, in the amount of 8 million US dollars.

3. The owner of the license grants the sum in the amount of 4 million US dollars into the account of the Ministry of Finance within 30 days from acceptance date the National agency on regulation in the field of telecommunication and information science of the decision on licensing. The remained sum in the amount of 4 million US dollars is granted within the next 2 years by equal parts.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 298 of March 18, 2005.
