- diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2007 are identity documents of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic and confirming belonging to nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of departure, temporary stay outside the Kyrgyz Republic and in case of entry into the Kyrgyz Republic, with information in text and machine-readable type;

- diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2020 are identity documents of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic and confirming belonging to nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of departure, temporary stay outside the Kyrgyz Republic and in case of entry into the Kyrgyz Republic, with information in text, machine-readable and electronic type, with the built-in electronic chip which is integral part of the passport.

7. Descriptions and samples of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic affirm authorized state body as the sphere of registration of the population.".

2) Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- performs documents acceptance from the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are outside the Kyrgyz Republic for personification and issue of all-civil passports of sample of 2020 to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- performs documents acceptance from the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are outside the Kyrgyz Republic for personification and issue of diplomatic and service passports of sample of 2020 to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. To the ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

6. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- carry out the corresponding work on informing foreign states about entered by the Kyrgyz Republic into use of all-civil, diplomatic and office passports of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2020;

- to submit promptly for consideration of the Interdepartmental commission on optimization of the system of provision of the state and municipal services formed by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 31, 2011 No. 191-r, offers on modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Unified register (list) of the state services rendered by state bodies, their structural divisions and subordinated organizations" of February 10, 2012 to No. 85 regarding change of the name of service in issue of the ID card - the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2017 (ID card) and the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2006 in diplomatic representation, consular establishment of the Kyrgyz Republic;
