About approval of names of the organizations providing carrying out mediation
Based on subitem 7.26 of Item 7, parts one of Item 12 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2024 No. 545, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that:
1.1. in the Ministry of Justice for review names of the organizations providing carrying out mediation, created in the form of organizations (further, unless otherwise specified, - organization), can address the following applicants:
concerning the organization created by the founder - physical person, is physical person or his representative who is acting on the basis of the power of attorney;
concerning the organization created by the founder - the legal entity, - the head of this legal entity or the other person authorized according to the charter or power of attorney to act on behalf of this legal entity;
concerning the operating organization - the head of this organization or the other person authorized according to the charter or power of attorney to act on behalf of this organization;
1.2. approval of the name is performed in case of:
the personal appeal of the applicant to the Ministry of Justice with presentation of the document proving his identity;
direction of documents by mail;
