About lists of the state and regional scientific and technical programs for 2021-2025
Based on part three of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 1993 "About fundamentals of the state scientific and technical policy" and in pursuance of paragraph two of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2019 No. 197 "About scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 2105-XII
1. Approve:
the list of the state scientific and technical programs for 2021-2025 (is attached);
the list of regional scientific and technical programs for 2021-2025 (is attached).
2. From part three of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for development and the accomplishment of scientific and technical programs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2005 No. 961, the second offer to exclude.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2006 No. 1117 "About the state comprehensive target scientific and technical programs";
subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2010 No. 219 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
subitem 2.5 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 12, 2010 No. 1196 "About some questions of regulation of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities";
subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2016 No. 76 "About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
