1. Approve the enclosed Rules of ceiling determination of price of unit of separate type of goods, the work, services acquired with use of the electronic certificate at the expense of means of the federal budget and budget of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Acquisition of Separate Types of Goods, Works, Services with Use of the Electronic Certificate".
