About prolongation of action of anti-dumping measure concerning the steel seamless pipes applied to drilling and the operation of the oil and gas wells coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and recognition No. 98 which voided Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 11, 2020

According to Item 109 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission prepared by results of the repeated investigation made in connection with expiration of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 101, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Extend till April 26, 2026 inclusive action of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 101, concerning the steel seamless pipes imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union applied to drilling and operation of the oil and gas wells coming from People's Republic of China.

2. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 101 "About application of anti-dumping measure concerning the steel seamless pipes applied to drilling and the operation of the oil and gas wells coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further - the Solution No. 101) the following changes:

a) in appendix No. 1 to the specified Decision:

words "Tianjin Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd." shall be replaced with words "Tianjin Pipe Corporation";

words "Dongying Weima Petroleum Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. (East of Quzhou Road, North of Fuqian Street, Economic Development Zone, Dongying City, Shandong Province, China)" shall be replaced with words "Shandong Weima Equipment Science & Technology Corporation Limited (No. 5 Fuqian Street, Dongying Economic Development Zone, Dongying City, Shandong Province, China)";

b) in Item 1 of appendix No. 3 to the specified Solution of the word "Tianjin Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd." shall be replaced with words "Tianjin Pipe Corporation".

3. To the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs:

provide collection of anti-dumping duty in the sizes provided by the Decision No. 101;

not collect anti-dumping duties on condition of submission of the manufacturer's certificate of origin according to the paragraph third item 4 of the Decision No. 101;

provide implementation of offsetting of the amounts of the anti-dumping duty paid (collected) according to Decision Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 11, 2020 No. 98 according to the procedure established for collection of preliminary anti-dumping duties to anti-dumping duty and transfer into the single account of authorized body of that state member of the Eurasian Economic Union in which it was paid it (is collected).

4. Declare invalid the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 11, 2020 No. 98 "About prolongation of action of anti-dumping measure concerning the steel seamless pipes applied to drilling and the operation of the oil and gas wells coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union".

5. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
