According to Item 109 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission prepared by results of the repeated investigation made in connection with expiration of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 101, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Extend till April 26, 2026 inclusive action of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 101, concerning the steel seamless pipes imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union applied to drilling and operation of the oil and gas wells coming from People's Republic of China.
2. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 101 "About application of anti-dumping measure concerning the steel seamless pipes applied to drilling and the operation of the oil and gas wells coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further - the Solution No. 101) the following changes:
a) in appendix No. 1 to the specified Decision:
words "Tianjin Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd." shall be replaced with words "Tianjin Pipe Corporation";
