1. Approve the Minimum quality standards on care, education and socialization of the child in the Center of temporary placement (according to appendix).
2. The minimum quality standards on care, education and socialization of the child in the Center of temporary placement take root all centers of temporary placement within the money provided by the relevant budgets and also the means received from donations, grants and other sources according to the existing regulations.
3. Implementation of the Minimum quality standards on care, education and socialization of the child in the Center of temporary placement is performed by department/management of social security and protection of family which carry out monitoring and assessment of activities of organization in coordination with guardianship and custody body.
4. To assign control of implementation of the Minimum quality standards on care, education and socialization of the child in the Center of temporary placement to the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.
