1. Determine that from January 1 to June 30, 2021 inclusive the citizens applying for replacement of the state positions of the Russian Federation or positions of the Federal State Service and also federal government employees, the replacement positions of the Federal State Service which are not provided by the list of positions approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 No. 557 "About approval of the list of positions of the Federal State Service in case of whose replacement federal government employees shall represent data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature, and also data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature of the of the spouse (spouse) and minor children", and applying for replacement of the positions of the Federal State Service provided by this list together with the data represented in reference form of June 23, 2014 No. 460 "About approval of form of the certificate of the income, expenses, about property and obligations of property nature and introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Russian Federation", represent to the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree the notification on the digital financial assets belonging to them, their spouses and minor children, the digital rights including at the same time digital financial assets and other digital rights, the utilitarian digital rights and digital currency (in case of their availability) in form according to appendix No. 1.

2. The notification, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, is submitted persons applying for replacement of the state positions of the Russian Federation for whose replacement the Federal constitutional Laws or the Federal Laws do not establish others procedure and forms of submission of the corresponding data.

3. The notification, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, is submitted as of the first, preceding month of submission of documents for replacement of the corresponding position.

4. Make to acts of the President of the Russian Federation changes according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

5. Recommend to federal state bodies, the Central bank of the Russian Federation, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies, state non-budgetary funds, and also to the state corporations (companies) to be guided by this Decree in case of realization of the powers concerning determination of procedure for submission of data on the income on property and obligations of property nature.

6. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2021, except for Item 6 of appendix No. 2, which becomes effective since July 1, 2021.
