According to Item 46.2 of Article 46 of Chapter 2 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Approve form of Calculation of part of net profit (income), dividends for the state share which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine:

of August 22, 2005 No. 354 "About approval of form of calculation of the part of profit (income) which is subject to payment in the general fund of the Government budget of Ukraine by results of financial and economic activities in 2004 and quarterly financial and economic activities in 2005, and procedure for its creation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2005 for No. 1003/11283;

of July 19, 2006 No. 421 "About approval of form of Calculation of the part of profit (income) which is subject to payment in the general fund of the Government budget of Ukraine by results of financial and economic activities in 2005 and quarterly financial and economic activities in 2006 and the Procedure for its creation" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2006 for No. 929/12803;

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
