The insured average monthly salary for calculation of pension is determined over the last 5 years works in customs authorities and includes payments from which fees of the national social insurance were paid: official pay rate, allowances and surcharges to salary, one-time financial support, awards and payments of permanent nature.
To persons specified in Article 1, to pension are appointed territorial cash desks of social insurance.
(1) Pension payment, appointed according to this law, is made from the date of appointment till September 10, 2004 from means of the government budget.
(2) the Pensions granted according to this law are paid in complete size irrespective of the available income which is subject to the national social insurance.
Indexation of the pensions granted according to this law is made according to Article 13 of the Pensions act of the national social insurance No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998.
