4. Recognize invalid:

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- hold the events connected with reorganization of the legal entity according to the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
