About some questions of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Form:

1) Committee on cases of archives and management of documentation of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Committee of culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Create republican public institution "Center of heraldic researches" of Committee on cases of archives and management of documentation of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - organization).

3. Determine Committee on cases of archives and management of documentation of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning organization.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to transfer to Committee of culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of the state blocks of shares (shares in the authorized capital) joint-stock companies (limited liability partnerships) according to appendix to this resolution;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
