ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About questions of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About further measures for development of management system by Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 1, 2021 6, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:

1. Approve:

- Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- The paragraph third ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 24.06.2024 No. 336

- the scheme of management of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3.

2. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the approved number of staff and means provided to the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic in the republican budget for the corresponding year and the next years.

3. To the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- take the measures following from this resolution;

- in two weeks to submit for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the draft decision of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic providing recognition No. 55 which voided the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 12, 2014;

- in two-month time to submit for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the bill providing introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About defense and Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic".

4. Declare invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 26, 2016 No. 28;

- Item 10 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 12, 2016 No. 653;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 26, 2016 No. 28" of October 8, 2018 No. 460.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
